• Once a project or campaign has started, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where FindClick is unable to deliver the agreed scope.
• Customized service packages may include separate terms that will be discussed in advance.
• All payments must be made through secure and agreed-upon methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with FindClick agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about their project.
• Share only content (such as images, videos, songs, text, or logos) that they own or are authorized to use.
• Not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Respond in a timely manner for approvals, feedback, or clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Intellectual Property

• All work created by FindClick, including websites, applications, designs, or promotional materials, will remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• FindClick reserves the right to showcase completed, non-confidential projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies.

6. Limitation of Liability

FindClick will always provide services with professionalism and due care. However, we are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform changes or restrictions (YouTube, Instagram, Google, etc.).
• Technical errors, downtime, or unexpected disruptions caused by external platforms.
• Exact results such as specific numbers of views, followers, or rankings, as these depend on various external factors.

Our role is to use effective, genuine strategies to maximize growth and success, but guaranteed numbers cannot be promised.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect client privacy and treat all data, strategies, and communication as strictly confidential.
• We do not share or sell client information to third parties without written consent.
• Sensitive matters can be directed to our official communication channels.

8. Modifications to Terms
